The area where this house is build is not a good area! There is so much noise pollution in this place it is unbearable! It gets difficult to sleep at night as well! I wish I had not brough the flat!

Injunction order brought in charge

Due to some delayed payement by the builder, the possession to avail the flat is delayed to the buyer and this has seen causing general resentment from the buyer in terms of not getting to avail complete ownership of the land as and when it is promised by the builder to the owner.

The drainage system is not well done

Niether is their drainage system well done, nor are the walls well done because there are so many cracks in the walls and there are also problems in the pipes.

I had a bad experience with this company because they make you sign unfair deals at the time of possession and if you do nt agree, they make your life a living hell and demand 10% extra charges on the flat!

No car parking space.

The number of car parking spaces that they have made is very less and sometimes I have to park my car so far away from my building; it is such a nuisance.
