Better buy flat in other project

Rdb legend before there were combined now they divided and I am going to tell in Miyapur location apartment, their are telling 5800 per sft and they can do negosation upto 5600 per sft not only that bank loan given by only idbi bank for that project not only that their are total 8 blocks that means 4 blocks ready to move and another 4 under construction not only that before their were having some illegal issues

There have been more than 15 breakdowns in less than a year at this place and it is just not worth staying at this place so I would say that you avoid staying at this property because they have used poor quality construction materials.

Bad construction quality!

They have made the flat using such bad quality ingredients that we have to spend a lot of time behind repairs and wear and tears of the flat! We brought a new flat so that we could stay in comfort, but it does not look like we can!

Small carpet area.

The houses have a pretty small carpet area and their charges are not as per the carpet area, which is quite sad.

The property is not made with good quality ingredients and when we complain to the management that we were not promised this; they say that they are not accountable for what the sales person says!
