Praneeth Projects, Hyderabad

We have purchased house from this praneeth projects in bachupally, hyderabad, quality of construction is horrible. I dont recommend .

During constructions, they made one of the bathroom doors very difficult to use, we requested to change it timely, they kept dragging the thing until it was too late to ask for it. During handover, they tried to get our signatures that all is delivered appropriately without even putting an effort to go around our house once. Handover was just like key throwing to us. Later after handover as soon as people starting moving into society, we started facing issues due to provided 17 feet road , promised was 30 feet. We tried to still work on a solution ourselves, but, the solution involved purchasing a corner plot owner by land owner. Here again builders help was required. But, since it was a very less business for builder, he never bothered to respond properly about it. Highly unprofessional team, except for sales team which traps customer. Beware.

Dear All,

Would like to buy house in Praneeth Pranav Panorama, Beeramguda. I heard some mixed opinions on Praneeth Group but not on Panorama Project.

If anybody has idea, can you please share your thoughts.

I heard that Construction quality is good for Praneeth's share and poor quality for owner share. Is that true?

Request you to share your thoughts with really helps me in taking decision.
