Muppa Green Grandeur is one of the best society where Maintenance cost include everything like Manjeera Water in all taps, Gym, DG/ Pawer Backup, Swimming pool. It have in-house 247 RO which provides Drinking water at 1 Rs/Ltr, Super Market, Vegetable Shop, 247 BB Instant Kiosk machine.


2+ yrs back it had some issues, but from past 2+ yrs, things are streamlined. I stay here from past approx 5 yrs.


It have lush greenery, Party Lawn(Swimming pool facing), Creche, Multiple Play area, Library, Skating area, Cricket area.etc.


We love it.

I have booked a flat in Muppa Projects


the corporate has taken 100% payment from me but not registered the flat however


initial they created the wrong payment of tax


Then refund took around 9-10 months


currently, since 15 days I actually have paid tax to the company again however they need not paid to govt


These guys are massive cheaters and don't have data at all


unsuccessful with their 3rd category management


never book flat with Muppa Project

They are such renowned builders, yet they forgot something so basic which is to make sure that the pipes and drainage system are well done and we have had to face a lot of issues because of that.

You cannot even design your on house here and you have to take permission from the builders, which is quite horrible because why ask someone else for permission to make changes in your own house?

I am staying in Muppa Aaradhya the other project by the same builder. This area has huge water crisis throughout the year, they don't have government approved road in place. They just give false promises and once you are there, you are trapped. There is no basic facilities, the whole area is totally dependent on water tankers throughout the year.
