Muppa Green Grandeur is one of the best society where Maintenance cost include everything like Manjeera Water in all taps, Gym, DG/ Pawer Backup, Swimming pool. It have in-house 247 RO which provides Drinking water at 1 Rs/Ltr, Super Market, Vegetable Shop, 247 BB Instant Kiosk machine.

2+ yrs back it had some issues, but from past 2+ yrs, things are streamlined. I stay here from past approx 5 yrs.

It have lush greenery, Party Lawn(Swimming pool facing), Creche, Multiple Play area, Library, Skating area, Cricket area.etc.

We love it.

I have booked a flat in Muppa Projects

the corporate has taken 100% payment from me but not registered the flat however

initial they created the wrong payment of tax

Then refund took around 9-10 months

currently, since 15 days I actually have paid tax to the company again however they need not paid to govt

These guys are massive cheaters and don't have data at all

unsuccessful with their 3rd category management

never book flat with Muppa Project

They are such renowned builders, yet they forgot something so basic which is to make sure that the pipes and drainage system are well done and we have had to face a lot of issues because of that.

You cannot even design your on house here and you have to take permission from the builders, which is quite horrible because why ask someone else for permission to make changes in your own house?

One of the most critical steps that lie as a part of the checklist for selling property is the ineffectiveness of the buyer to follow up with the Engrossing of the Deed and the Registering of the Deed that are carried out as a part of the checklist.

There are almost limited to no adequate foreign funding sources as a result of which today many of the underdeveloped equity and debt markets also pose a challenge for the Indian real estate. This needs to change so as to overcome many of the challenges faced.

The builders are very sweet till the time of possession, but once the possession date starts nearing, they show their true colors. No one will answer your phone and they will not even give any explanation for the delay in possession of the flat on which you have invested your heard earned money!

Do not buy from this builder at any cost. They make false promises and take money from trusting buyers and fail to deliver even a single project. You will be naïve to expect that you will get your hard earned money back and the interest rate that they promised in case the project got cancelled at the time of booking!

Since many of the competitors who are keen at expanding projects in the nearby location have started to build their projects, many of the current projects that are always looking foe expansion apparently seem to fear pressure from the presence of these competitors considering the fact that there will not be much scope of growth.

All the specifications pertaining to the final purchase of many of the charges that the buyer have been charged in a proper price list is found to be missing which creates troubles while determining the final tally list.

They said that we would have a lot of open spaces and a jogging track , but we got nothing of that sort so it is quite horrible to live in this place.

The corridor area that is very well suited for building new apartments is seen as a concern due to shortage of land and its varied facilities. The corridor area that comprises of a mix of old and new constructions has a considerate amount of land of atleast 70 percent that goes in the build up of corridor.

They have made the flat using such bad quality ingredients that we have to spend a lot of time behind repairs and wear and tears of the flat! We brought a new flat so that we could stay in comfort, but it does not look like we can!

Don’t judge a book by it's cover works so well for this building! Although it looks lovely from outside; it is not made well on the inside. There are so many cracks and so much bad finishing at other places! I did not expect this from a renowed builder.

Since there is no base foundation in place to take care of the damage resulted from cracked foundations or floor slabs, this does not serve as a clear-cut indication of the construction of many of the buildings that the owners would like to live in.

I am staying in Muppa Aaradhya the other project by the same builder. This area has huge water crisis throughout the year, they don't have government approved road in place. They just give false promises and once you are there, you are trapped. There is no basic facilities, the whole area is totally dependent on water tankers throughout the year.
