The projects of these builders are unnecessarily over hyped, resulting in them offering really overpriced houses for no reason! Complexes in the area have similar facilities at a much cheaper rate, so you would really have to have a lot of money that you have no use for to buy an apartment at this place!

There are some legal issues with this project because a floor has been constructed illegally and that is causing us many problems for not fault of ours.

Neither the builder not developer is taking interest in the project because of which the project has been stalled since a time that is beyond okay. They have taken 90 % advance from us and this is what they do, which is absolutely sad.

There is no space to park my car in this society complex! The builder took too many projcets and has made the complex conjusted with buildings because of which we have not got other basic amenities!

They promise a lot of things but never deliver on it and considering that we paid for what they said it is quite disappointing.

Since most of the property sizes have been reduced as compared to the past couple of years, it has been seen that more number of houses have been built and that has led to possibility of building many houses which is more like stuffing many and that has caused to be seen as apartment stuffing.

There has been a required need for shared parking in mixed-use developments and in mixed use areas, since peak demand periods occur at different times. There are also many churches often address their parking needs by sharing parking with nearby commercial establishments.
