The builder demands minimum 50% in cash. He dont disclose copies of sample sale agreement/construction agreement.

After repeated insistence, provided wrong documents. When questioned, he said it is not final and will be changed.Boasts of his projects.When asked about, damp walls, he is red faced and said its his sweeper's mistake. Completely money minded and wants us to believe him.
