With close to 40% loading and only 9 ft floor height these apartments give much less than what one pays for. 2 bhk configurations are comparable to low cost housing. Construction is quite delayed and the developers are unethical. Current residents will suffer for years as construction will proceed at a slow pace. Best avoided.

There are many apartments which lack proper care and attention to the many of the housing related issues like the furniture not been in place and the door not been closed properly. This should be taken care of so as to help other buyers move in.
