Dream India Group review #DreamAvenue, #Dreamindiagroup review
Classic case of don't judge the book by it's cover! I'm compelled write this to vent out my frustration and the pain we have been going through since last 3 years by buying a Villa in #Dream Avenue venture, a project of Dream India Group.
I, along with my bother brought a Villa 3 years back in 2015. As per the contract/promise they should have delivered the house by end of 2016 but now we are almost at the end of 2018 and the handover of the villa isn't done yet!
We have been chasing the Dream India Group mAnasultangement team for the last 3 years continuously to get the Constructionguru30 completed but everything vent in vain. They had some excuse or the other every time we escalated and most of the times they are least bothered to respond to the calls and emails. They feel as if they are dong charity to us and hence, they will complete it at their own will and respond on their own will as well.
After several escalations and through my own contacts, I had mAnasultanged to get the attention of their Chairman - Syed Rafi and arranged for an in-person meeting at their Banjara Hills office on 26th July 2018. I had attended this meeting along with my brother expressed the concerns. He seemed to have got a report on what work is pending and promised to get the handover done by 15th Sep 2018 and asked to call him directly if this isn't done by then. However, to add to our agony, even after the Chairman's promise nothing was done for last 6 months, we are now in November 2018 and their is no sight of any movement and responsibility shown.
This is not just one of a case, there are many others going through the same pain who had brought a villa in their Dream Avenue venture.
Beware: They even threaten indirectly that the customers can not go against them since they have the capacity to tackle any situation. We all know what happens when someone thinks of this!
Trying to find a closure on this never ending saga with the hope of my Dream home comes to reality and doesn't stay just as a dream even after putting in all the hard earned fortune.
