Shankar Rao (+91-9346189599) from DEVEENDRA CONSTRUCTIONS is a Cheating and Fraud builder in moosapet, Hyderabad. We are suggesting you please don’t purchase flats form DEVEENDRA CONSTRUCTIONS.From that time till date what are the statuary amenities to be provided by the builder not yet full filled. Verbally the same repeatedly we brought to your notice for every 2 months, but your answer was that you are going to complete it by the next month.
We waited with the patience till date on humanity aspect and good faith on DEVEENDRA CONSTRUCTIONS, Moosapet, Hyderabad. We are adjusting all circumstances till date.The following are the other deviations from the written promises.
1.Till day we have not received Occupation Certificate from the builder and no co-operative housing been formed.
2.Promised ‘Hindware or Parry’ but provided local sanitary ware
3.Internal doors... Good quality flush doors promised but used very low quality doors.
4.Leak proof toilets promised but not a single toilet in both the blocks not leaking.
- You have provided us poor quality of lift.
6.Very poor construction with cheap materials, water leakages in all flats, scratches to outside walls.
7.C.P.Fittings…Good brands promised but very inferior local quality used.
8.Delivered a Flat that does not comply with the specifications agreed upon.
9.Crack on outside and inside walls everywhere.
10.Out plastering is not done properly so that the Dampness is there everywhere
11.Not giving the original documents like title deeds and link documents.
12.He is not providing the car parking as per the municipal approval plan.
- As per the development agreement he has promised us to provide intercom in all the flats.
14.Plumbing work is third grade quality.
15.Apartment layout has been approved as per G.O.86 but we don’t find the building surroundings as per the layout.
16.Four side boundary walls height is very low we don't have the privacy.
17.Incomplete over head tanks do not have proper dust cover plates and also not provided the steps. It is difficult to do the maintenance work
- God only knows what quality electrical wiring used by the cheating builders.
19.rain water on terrace and the passes through side walls and roof damaging the interiors
20.Coloring: Promised high quality paints but used local make. So, all flats became shabbyI request the concerned Authorities to pay attention to the problems being faced by the DEVEENDRA CONSTRUCTIONS Moosapet, Hyderabad and caution the prospective flat buyers in twin cities not to encourage CALLOUS builders like DEVEENDRA CONSTRUCTION… V.
