Since the past few months, it has been seen that many of the under constructed projects are getting exorbitantly higher in their formation and construction since many of these are financed by the banks. The banked then charge these builders very high interest rates that is not suitable.

Do not opt for an apartment in this complex because this will not provide the amenities as listed by the builder, also the carpet area is very less.

There have been multiple instances where the developers have delayed their procedure of getting clearances and the direct impact on this can be felt by the tenants who wish to move in and effect is that their applications are thus rejected because the clearances are delayed.

Their implementation is so slow that we have lost all the patience that we had left and we feel like demanding our money back, but we do not know if we will get it.

There have been many cases since a year now in a row that many of the amenities like club house , swanning pool etc still lack proper deployment and need to be effectively taken care of in a good fashion. If there is constant delay in the possession and submission of the final handing over part of the business, the credibility is at a big time risk.

We did not expect that the property will be so badly finished. There are cracked ceilings and the fiitings ae bad.
