I am Akbar who referred at least a dozen friends of mine and 2 sales happened in Mumbai.

Now I don't get any response from them on my share of commission. I beg you all not to refer any friend to Bonanza Properties because they cheat you without giving away the commission promised on their website.

Vizag Bonanza Properties- A Bad Experience

My property is located at MVP colony and tried to meet the Marketing Head of Vizag regarding a property deal over a period of 2 weeks. Finally met him after 2 weeks and I tried to present my property but it went in vain as they didn't pay attention. The team looked exhausted and are confused on how to assess the situation. At the end of the day no proper customer service and they don't seem to have the expertise in property development.

Approached for buying a house

I have approached the bonanza by seeing their website I was under the impression that data on the website is real but it turned out to be unrealistic and the customer service is worst.I feel they dont have a single client in Hyderabad. Better to go with local brokers. I would suggest bonanza to post real data and stop faking people. One have to have genuine data in the website I would not recommend this personally.

task easy and they have generated a huge traffic towards my banner. At last I sold that properties with their support.their services are excellent.

Posted my property as a seller

I have posted my property as a seller which is located in prime area of Hyderabad. After a couple of days I got a call from https://bonanzaproperties.com to know further details.After a couple of days more Bonanza referred few buyers and we are still in discussions. But I liked the approach of Bonanza properties staff for taking up the initiatives. Bonanza Properties up to my knowledge is a start up company started by Bonanza Group which has good reputation in trading of stocks etc.

That's how I approached Bonanza Properties.Good luck
