I had a bad experience with this company because they make you sign unfair deals at the time of possession and if you do nt agree, they make your life a living hell and demand 10% extra charges on the flat!

There are many projects which lack the formation of apartment owners association and therefore there is no accountability from the builder's side concerning the handover the documents and corpus fund to association.

They did not show we the proper licenses and approvals that are required from the concerned authority so I could not trust them and decided to not go with them!

The maintenance charges of this place is unbelievably high and they do not provide us the amenities and facilites that come with such a high maintenance so I do not know why they are charging so much.

The maintenance charges of this property is just to high! We were not given an idea that the charges will be so exorbitant! The facilities and amenities that they provide are not that great because there are too many people living in the complex and their facilities do not accomodate everyone!

Since the centra hub is not near to this property investment, it is a matter of concern for the builders to rethink their decision on the final land location that will help in the setup of the project. One mall change in the location can go a long way to make all the difference in terms of establishing good credibility.

We have to pay a higher maintenance charge for no reason at all! We enquired about the maintenance charges of the buildings in the nearbuy areas and got to know that they pay much less for the same amenities!

Since the location is nearby to the railway line and metro lines, there needs to be an effective procedure for getting new projects in pipeline for the purpose of flat and residential compartments build up and development.
