Do not opt for an apartment in this complex because this will not provide the amenities as listed by the builder, also the carpet area is very less.

The ticket sizes have been very effectively reduced down, especially for the new launches. The developers have been offering lower sizes for the apartment sizes. These sizes are further reduces with an attempt to reduce the unit sizes of the apartments.

Not many projects in pipeline

There are many other projects in the vicinity that need a build up since the others in the nearby areas are seen facing tremendous growth with multiple bed room flats in one apartment. Along with this, many of the land areas occupied in the vicinity have been initiated for redevelopment.

The least they could do is keep trained staff who are able to answer our queries properly! They have made us run from pillar and post for registeration and wasted so much of our time for such basic stuff that they should be educated about!

Firefighting systems do not work properly.

This building has 24 floors yet the firefighting systems do not work properly and it is very scary because in case of an untoward incident we are not prepared.

Their marketing department has no knowledge of the property and will tell you lies to sell the property and on completion; you will be disappointed because you did not get what you expected.
