Lot of issues even after 2 years of occupation and repeated follow-ups with builder. I stay in this apartment and being anonymous for obvious reasons.
But can give answer to any question asked. Points mentioned below are all actuals nothing made-up.
a) When it rains, it floods here.
b) It’s not Ace Atlantis, it’s pillar atlantis…
c) No official association formed yet…no control of anyone on anyone. Specially land-owner does not listen and he behaves as a boss…does whatever he feels like.
d) Commercial activities are in full flow(in diff. flats)…which include some indecent activities in Flat 608. If we talk, they say, builder and owner has given permission for commercial activities. Since no legal association, so no control.
e) Amenities not provided as promised in club house. Some things are just for name sake.
f) Monthly maintenance not being given by builder and ex-land owner. Complete corpus still not collected and part of corpus already eroded.
g) Very high maintenance and electricity charges
h) No piped gas-connection even we have provision for same…and even after repeated reminders.
i) They are planning for another venture behind this, be away from it…it is disputed. No proper road and no ground water.
j) Beware of marketing manager JR
k) You have to keep following builder(which we have been doing since 2 years) all hollow promises.
