I purchased a postcard perfect residential flat at Greenville by Modi Builders a few months back. Since I was very particular about the handover timeline, value for money and quality parameters, modi builders satisfied me for all the concern I had involved in the home buying procedures.

However I needed a much spacious kitchen but I felt that it could be ignored considering rest of the amenities they were offering.

I would like to share my experience with a real estate developer, Modi Builders. Somewhere around two year ago, I was searching for a residential property space then I came across Modi Builders on the internet. I then posted a query on their website and a representative attended me.

The representative requested me for site visit for some of their projects. He also made me talk comfortably about my budget and he provided property options according to it. The flat was delivered just as promised and I did not have to put in a lot of efforts. I got timely possession of my property.

It is like modi season. Modi rocking everywhere. Modi Builders presenting very amazing villas and apartments. They become A very big real estate industry. List of best projects which I know are harmony Homes, Lotus Homes, and emerald heights.

Thing which differentiate modi builders from other builders is the facilities this builders offered in given amount. I usually found my father to discuss about these things.

I ensure you, one must want to work with Modi Builders. As I am also one of them who want to work with modi builders for a measurable time period. This is beacuse of very cool environment of work without any work pressure load. We get incentives monthly those are like bonus, we had parties with them, we get appropriate holidays that increases our work effectiveness. We have flexibility of 9 hour shift no boundation to come at 8 or 9 in morning.

I am staying at Emerald Heights of modi builders since 3 years. I and my family members are happily staying in our home sweet home. My kids loved to stay here. We all were sat in Landscaped garden the day before yesterday evening and I eventually asked them that we are going to shift to Pune next month, I got some good opportunity there. My angel Riya came to me and told me dad I won't go anywhere, I loved this place. My lil angle got upset by the thought of leaving her beautiful place, I decided to stay here as long as my family want to stay. I felt that my family is happy here, we have everything here all the advance facilities. We have good memories here and we can create many more.

Company is faithful for employees. They welcome freshers and mould them into a tough candidate for other competitors. Management knows the strength of team work and treat their employees as a team not as junior or there is no management gap kind of thing. All have their feet in same shoes because of team work and transparency in work process. This thing sometimes create some problem for a personal one. Sometimes some not feel that much comfortable while working. We can not consider this particular thing as cons but we can work on this so that the work process become more smoother.

As they are a big organsation in themselves. Bigger the company is bigger the responsibilities everyone have. Inspite of such responsibility we all working here doesn't feel pressurised. We are giving them our best and in response they value us and offering us the best. And it is pretty obvious if you want your personal growth then you should work for that. Because everyone doing their best job so the customer automatically receive the best one. In short we are working happily so that our customers receiving best construction in the market.

I am from Delhi and pursuing my school. I went to my Nanu's home for some outing for a week which is in Hyderabad. Also recently they have shifted to their new home. My cousins told me so many times that their current residential is amazing So, I was excited to go there. I enjoyed there a lot that place is really amazing, I decided to do my graduation from there and I will stay at my nanu's place. As here in Delhi, most of the time get wasted due to traffics, there I can utilise all my time bcoz no such crowd there. I am so excited.

I have visited so many property dealers. They showed me very good projects. but everyone has some faults like some do not have good front, some do not have that much good lobby, some don have appropriate spaced rooms. after a complete hectic day everyone desire to rest peacefully at their sweet home. At one place I found one of my dream home. After a visit to Emerald heights model house, my search for looking out a perfect home reaches to an end. its a complete package in one.

Hello everyone, this is my experience for modi builders sunshine park, m going to share with you. I and my mom went to my aunt's home which is in sunshine park. That area was so amazing, I like that so much and wish to have one of mine falt there. If we talk about location that is also good we have near about everything like railway station and grocery stores and many more is so near. clean surroundings, well managed society and reputed, educated neighbours. Anyone can leave there so peacefully.

I joined this construction company last year as an relationship manager. all the staff members and mangement are quite classy. I just love the way they portray themselves and how so dedicated they are for their work. Actually I am thankful to them, they figure out something in me and gave me such a wonderful opportunity to work with them. Its a proud moment for me when someone asked me where are you working and honestly I answered them so proudly that "M working with Modi builders".

I work with Modi Builders form last two years as interior designer. When I was a fresher in this company the management and colleague help to achieve the targets. The work culture the have is very good, always to motivate the employs. The increment and reprisal system is quite satisfied for freshers and old employ but sometime work pressure and date line give my headache but its ok its my part of my work.

I am working with Modi  Builders from long two years and as per my experience the organisation is good for startups and learners. The management is strict sometime you face the hurdle and short timelines in  projects. As a architecture I learn a lot and achieve lots of on site knowledge and in house knowledge with good increment. I would like to recommend who want to learn and achieve in job carrier.

I had with Modi Builders for two years as Associate Civil engineer that was a great experience and thanks to my colleagues and seniors who always ready to help. As per my experience I can say this organisation is good for learning in handling pressure and deadline of projects. They provide good working environment and favorable policies for employs and I always like and appreciate the projects they develops upcoming and previous projects.

As a fresher in interior designer I learn a lot from my seniors and the colleagues in this organisation. Modi Builder is the place where we enjoy the work and learning but sometime the deadline is so tight that its give headache to employees. good salary hike but need consider about incentives. I would like to recommended Modi Builders for the quality construction and quality working environment for the customer and employees.

Decent place to work with this organisation. The staff and management of this organisation are quite helpful and supportive towards their employees. It is very fair decisions in any situation for employees. I am working here for more then a year I am satisfied with my decision of joining this company. Don’t feel any need for switching my job. All the employees related policies and the working environment of the company make me extremely happy with my decision of working here.

I worked for 7 years in this company. Based on my personal experience, all I can say about modi builders is that as a company what they offers its employees is truly worth appreciation. Working environment is the best asset of the company.

Cons

Less number of paid leaves. Overall modi builders company is good.

Advice to Management.Needs to increase the number of paid leaves for employees( specially in case of emergency cases)."The salary hike and appraisals are quite good"

The construction material used by modi builders is of best quality. After I booked modi's harmony homes, I visited the construction sites regularly and monitored the whole process.

The best part about the builders is that they make a lot of efforts to maximize customer satisfaction. All the features of the project are pretty good and pocket friendly too. I am so glad that I finally found what exactly I was looking for.If you are looking for a home in hyderabad, you can opt for this builder. The project seems good in terms of investment purpose too. Moreover, nowadays hyderabad is preferable over delhi and mumbai in terms of good location.
