1 star is also waste for them, if there is a 0 star rating I would have given them that. We have purchased a flat with this builders. During our plan to purchase they were very interactive and helpful but once after purchasing it and when registration is completed they said that they will be handing over the flat with works completed in 3 months. From beginning we explained our situation to the management of how high importance and urgency of the house many times but because of their stupid reasons they stopped all works and they are not allowing to do any work. They wont even respond to emails or phones properly. Very rude, impolite and irresponsible management. Dont buy even a brick from them. Not at all a good company. worst experience ever.

Modi Builders take on housing projects on a larger scale. Initially, I thought my budget won’t suit their prices, but after talking to their experts I felt very happy as their quote was well in my budget. Varied needs are addressed as per customer’s choices and interests. Completion of high-tech projects adhering to the guidelines accurately is their forte. The interior designs are contemporary too. I have got my home in a very well maintained society which was really unexpected and also in my budget too.

Hi friends It is like modi season. Modi rocking everywhere. Modi Builders presenting very amazing villas and apartments. They become A very big real estate industry. List of best projects which I know are harmony Homes, Lotus Homes, and emerald heights. Thing which differentiate modi builders from other builders is the facilities this builders offered in given amount. I ensure you, one must want to work with Modi Builders. As I am also one of them who want to work with modi builders for a measurable time period. This is beacuse of very cool environment of work without any work pressure load.

We get incentives monthly those are like bonus, we had parties with them, we get appropriate holidays that increases our work effectiveness. We have flexibility of 9 hour shift no boundation to come at 8 or 9 in morning. Policies of the company are in the favor of employees. I am going to get married in next 15 days. Because of my marriage it is obvious I have to take leaves for so many reasons. My colleague and management are too good. As management providing me leaves. And colleagues handling my projects in absence of me. Truely it’s a team work based company. I am feeling so light and tension free, because of such wonderful team mates I can enjoy these days. I am so much thankful to all the members of my organisation. Thank you everyone.

I have visited so many property dealers. They showed me very good projects. but everyone has some faults like some do not have good front, some do not have that much good lobby, some don have appropriate spaced rooms. after a complete hectic day everyone desire to rest peacefully at their sweet home. At one place I found one of my dream home. After a visit to Emerald heights model house, my search for looking out a perfect home reaches to an end. its a complete package in one. All the employees related policies and the working environment of the company make me extremely happy with my decision of working here. If anyone looking for a home than I would recommend to go for modi builders. I think modi’s projects are pretty in terms of investment purpose also.

This is the one of the best buiders in india but now a days it is not good for vonstruction they will not build houses with quailty material they should use higly setting of cement should be in paste no one is using good quality of cement they use good sand and water in.

The ratio of 2: 1 but no cement is good for us so please yse this type of cement for construction in thos working every one not ready to use this type of cement cannot be used gpr construction dont use this type of cement for this way we can say modi builders are not good.

The best aspect of Modi Builders is that it offers housing solutions that are well-connected to the basic amenities like highways, schools, hospitals, shopping complexes etc. Unlike other good things in life; it is not costly. I booked one residence for me at silver springs block b. I am happy with the paper work, all the legal formalities are described properly in papers. Material used in construction are also satisfactory. As a customer I satisfied with dealing and services of builder. Site is comfortable for me, roads connected with silver spring are broads. Public facilities like schools, colleges, hospitals, recreational areas and parks are so  nearer.

My residence is emerald heights. I presented this apartment as a surprise to my wife when she came in my life as my better half. Its around one year we are staying here restfully. We have all Amenities and maintenance of gardening, cleaning of swimming pool all things are on time. Or at least in a month all care has been taken by staff assigned by modi builders. These apartments are meant for happy life peaceful and restful stay.

Flat is too good. We have all luxury available in it. Location is too good centrally located. All the amenities and facilities they are offering to us are of 5 star quality. Security gaurds are too active. Main and the most important thing they offer us a nice parking facility too.

I am a normal visitor. I am from north region of India. I went to Hyderabad for some purpose, it's my colleague's marriage. he stays in one of modi builders apartment. As he is very close to me so I went to attend his marriage approx one week ago and help him for his shopping and it's my first visit to south region. As m already impressed with the way his house looks. As we found little bit time I asked him about his apartment too and he explained me few things. I like south region it is peaceful. If fortunately I got place nearer to these apartments then surely I will buy or rent one for me.

They provide almost best service here in hyderabad. they are very good in their service delivery to their customers and are people of their words. They are even good with their customers and are punctual in their work.

Their work speed is also very good. I have seen many apartments build under their name and all of them are almost very lovable and at good places, the designs, the use of materials all are good.

Staff are all very good but only few people are present to talk.

The construction material used by modi builders is of best quality. After I booked modi’s harmony homes, I visited the construction sites regularly and monitored the whole process. The best part about the builders is that they make a lot of efforts to maximize customer satisfaction. I booked a flat in residential apartment by modi builders. All the features of the project are up to the mark. It is exactly what I was looking for.Sunshine park features all the basic facilities like gardens, bank/atm, health facilities and many more.

The property was overpriced and I thought the builder is charging more for the quality. But I faced many problems. The quality of construction was inferior. We had many problems with the common amenities. Swimming pool is not ready yet. The tiles of the club house were broken. The tennis court doesn’t have a proper surface. I had to install the net and fix the problems with my own money. The lights do not work. He charges hefty monthly maintenance amount with no transparency. I can write another 100 pages about the problems but I do not have time. In summary, if you want to avoid the problems that I faced, DO NOT BUY FROM MODI BUILDERS.

I purchased a flat in Palm Springs Phase II project at Kompally. Modi Builders are yet to complete their construction even after 5 to 6 years.

They promise and publish all the good things that a buyer would get attracted to but in the end their delivery is so poor, you start regretting your decision to buy from such builders.

They are highly unprofessional, does not care for their customers once you clear off all your dues, very arrogant and has a thorough bullying negative attitude.

The quality of work is even inferior than smaller developers. They will promise you something like Taj Mahal but you will be receiving some building which needs to be finished on your own, and you might have to pay from your pocket to complete the pending works.

Quality of work is much inferior and nothing gets delivered as what was shown in the brochure Or as per their agreement. Their main aim is to extract more money out of ignorant customers.

Please do not get trapped by their sweet talk or by the advertisements.

Prospective buyers of any property from Modi Builders - please beware. I bought an independent villa from them back in 2006 - almost eight years back. I paid in full for this villa as per their requests for payment but it was not until 2012 that I was given a possession.

At the time of possession, I was promised that several minor things that are pending will be completed as soon as we are ready to move. They said that it is better to wait as otherwise, there is a chance of theft for items such as sanitary fittings etc.

It is 2014 now and despite repeated requests, they did not complete their requirements for my house. Further, even after eight years, they have left many common amenities unfinished. The electrical wires were supposed to be under-ground but they are lying in the open, there is no RO water supply, the swimming pool is not finished and the list of unfinished amenities is very long...

If you are considering buying any property from Modi Builders, please learn something from my experience.

Modi builders & realtors pvt ltd. Are the cheaters of the millenium!Never fall prey to their advertisements unless you want only that. B'coz that is the only thing they give to everyone including their customers.

Till you pay money they will speak sweetly and do everything. After that they neither receive your calls nor they return your calls.

Get the customer, forget the customer is their unwritten policy.Their work is third class!! (actually there is no word to describe their work).

They should be put behind bars. One day they will join xyz in jail.
