Never buy a property in Anuhar Homes, they fool their customers with false commitments and make them suffer with half finished works. Everyone should do this in their building for better awareness to help future buyers from trap of Anuhar Homes. Do not even suggest anyone to buy flats in Anuhar homes. I just don't want anybody to face my problem with so called cheaters Anuhar homes.

I had booked a flat in Anuhar homes Morning Raga, initial days the builder said they have entry and exit for parking where over 100 flats are built during booking of flat later after occupying the flat I came to know that the they never planned two ways.. Also kindly check in all Anuhar Home properties in Manikonda you will here 100's of issues with builder with un finished jobs, Luckily I have sold my flat and moved out of this horrible property of Anuhar Homes!

We bought a flat in Anuhar Homes. After spending of 90L almost all 100 owners facing issues. Most of us scapegoats of leakage problems. We have staged a protest against Anuhar on Saturday. Just imagine how well they have treated all flat owners.. called police and threatened us to send to jail.

Sales people are the worst I have ever seen. I still wonder how they are recruiting the people who dosn't have minimal knowledge on how to talk to customers. Prices are too high and the sales persons are so dumb that they decided clients financial staus by themself.

All the amenities are accessible for the residents and a safe living environment for children and women. The construction quality is good compared to what other builders provide nowadays. It is reliable for and trustworthy for a long term residential living.

The property is built in an area that is prone to disaster and yet it is not earthquake resistant.

This place has been poorly constructed due to which there is leakage along the roof in the apartments, which become worse during rains! When you contact the builders they do not provide any support whatsoever! After spending so much money over the apartment, this is not what you would expect from them!

The area of the house is really small! They were trying to sell us a 3 BHK house which has the carpet area of 2 BHK at really high rate, but thankfully we have an idea about carpet areas, so we did not buy the house!

After the revisions that have taken place in the large number of rules and regulations, it is seen that there are many developers who despite been subjected to revisions have not been able to seek clearances and are often required to bare steep official charges and fees.

Hi Earlier, Anuhar was good in 2014 but with recent projects they have become worst and arrogance is at its peak. They couldnt able to complete the project in agreed period and on top of it they havent completed the agreed amenities fully.

No proper response on why it isnt completed and what is their plan.

I would suggest to prefer other builders rather than Anuhar in Alkapur township projects

The Progress of construction is really good. The staff are very helpful. I have visited their completed project and the amenities they are providing are impressive.

Best option for the people who are looking for 2BHK n 3BHKs flats in Hyderabad. Very economical with a huge carpet area. Amazing building structure and good facilities. It looks amazing from the outside and the views from the homes are splendid.
