Well, I must say UPKAR Oakland are perfectly crafted by Upakr Developers. Apartment here are perfectly constructed with quality materials. Major attraction of this project is that it has designed living spaces, gated entrance and exit, well-planned amenities, top-notch facilities and 24/7 power.

UPKAR Oakland is also having good connectivity with industries, software parks, schools, colleges, hospitals shopping malls and companies so that youu can live here hassle free.

As suggested by many of my friends that this is a good developer in town. I bought a plot from them at nice location in affordable price. According to me its the best option for people who wants place to live in affordable price range.

I recently purchased a plot from upkar developers at their project upkar spring valley. Before going ahead with upkar developers I did a detailed research of other projects around. I found that the price offered by upkar is the best among all. Also, the project is DTCP approved. All other legal things are clear.

Talking about the builder, they supported me throughout the process.

I got to know about upkar developers and their project upkar habitat via paper advertisment. when I enquired about the builder I got to know that builder is well known for affordable plots and have project in different part of bangalore.

when I visited the project, it was a good meeting with the sales person. I liked everthing in the project and looking to invest in the project soon.

Upkar habitat is the good project to invest, all the desired amenities and facilities provided their, nice locality eith beautiful green space and have a connectivity to most of the business hubs.

Well upkar developers are really good in developing lands & they have created so many good residential projects where many families are living & I am also one of the lucky from them, and tiattalysatisfied with my decision to invest in their project.

For residencial purpose they have good sized apartments for living with family, good amenities are provided for all age group like gardens, swimming pool and etc that everyone desire to have in bengalure. Good trusted builder they are. Must visit to see the architect.

I am currently residing in Upkar Oakland apartments Hosur Rd, well I must say that I am satisfied with facilities & amenities that my apartment have. Connectivity is also good & I am happy with my desion to buy a 2 BHK Apartment here.

I am living in one of the upkar developer's projects and I must say it's a nice society to live in peace with lots of greenery and builder has also provided lots of amenities in their all the projects.

Hello all my name is Jagrathi, 2 day's earlier I visited Upkar Greenfield to check that this society have all the facilities which were mention by Upkar Developers and later I also discuss everything with the builders at their office as I am interested to buuy a plot here. I was looking for a fully furnished house, on the ground floor.My previous house was on the 2nd floor my presents are old to climb stairs it's hard for them. when I decided to move, I met agencies and brokers, I saw a few houses but there were not interesting me not fully furnished. One day I came across this company UPKAR DEVELOPERS.

I contact them they're so polite they understood my requirements and help me find a suitable house.

I was looking for residential apartment in Bangalore then one of my friend who was working with me suggested me about this group. They have good sized apartment and all the desired amenities and facilities that is required. Good place to reside with family

This is the project that suits my requirements. I visited this place and found all the amenities and facilities that are required for residential purpose. They have fine architect that is very attractive. This place also provide easygoing connectivity to nearby places

I visited this property in a recent time they have well planned amenities for residents of all age group. Many of my friends have also suggested me to chose this property for residential purpose. This property is near to my office location

Starting from the Marketing/Legal team, So-called ppl like Sindhu, Sudarshan, Vasantha, Roopesh(agent), Nisar all are fraud and will give you false commitment. Then coming to legal Sudarshan, he is a joker and doesn't how to interact with customer. They are really waste of waste they will always provide wrong information and commitment, I did an agreement for one of the plots in E-city and latter felt something is fishy with these ppl then I and my family decided to withdraw the agreement after agreeing their cancellation norms which says they will be refunded the amount within 90 days these stupid ppl took 4 months after 1000s of calls and returned only half of the amount.

Fraud Builders, they say there worth of big projects, but they really don't have money to repay their customers.

This is a real experience don't ever reach this ppl to either enquiring anything waste of time and money. Please read others reviews too and please save your money from such peoples.

Stay away from Upkar. They are absolute cheaters. Please check reviews before buying. As told my Mr. Mahesh and Mr. Gautham all their property have issues with conversion order. Today or tomorrow your land will be in deadly litigation.

Please avoid this developer.

I verified to know if this is true and I found out that Upkar Residency, which is 10 year old property is now being acquired by BDA, houses will be delomished. I have also confirmed the TVS factory problem. I have confirmed that Upkar has developed 3 layouts with a single conversion order.

Every document is a fake! My property was under loan with LIC and it is an issue. No body from Upkar responds to the calls.
