After many years savings & research for better land I finally found that Upkar Developers project Upkar Habitat is good for investment in both point of views, like investment for long terms or reside with family. The project is having a good connectivity & situated in Hosur, Ballur, Attibele good location of Bangalore. Plots available here are 1200 sqft & 1500 sqft.

When I was new in Bangalore I thought to invest in some plots so someone suggested me about upkar developers. They really have good name in town for their nice services and reliable rates for plots. Happy to have deal with them.

Upkar developers have projects that is surrounded with lots of green spaces and nearby connectivity, specially their project upkar habitat, also staff of upkar was helpful enough for providing all the necessary information related to this project. Really happy and satisfied that I invested in their project.

After a long search for my investment in home I came to know about upkar, I enquire about their project and came to know that they have affordable housing. They have good green space in their project. Best place to invest as they have a reputed name in Bangalore

WARNING - guys, please consider this warning seriously, there has been several people protesting against upkar developers as they have several fraud case against them.

1. Upkar residency case: please call mr. Viresh Maskey and he has complete list of fraud papers and can explain about the fraud

2. Upkar Habitat - site no.1 to site 11 in problem because it is the land of TVS company. Since TVS company has filed a case against them, all sites in Habitat are in problem

3. Upkar gardens - papers problem

4. Upkar spring fields - no development at all since 15 years(or very minimum development)

5. Upkar oakland - really bad structure - leakage problems - please visit the apartments to know more

THE BDA HAS ACQUIRED UPKAR LAND, BECAUSE UPKAR HAS FALSELY OCCUPIED AND MADE LAYOUT ON BDA LAND.

Well after reading so many negative & positive reviews and positives reviews were marked fake I come at an conclusion that this portal support only negative reviews. But I would like to share my experience here.

2 days' earlier I had a telephonic discussion with Uokar Developers sales person and he show a decent manner while discussion.

I have many queries related to their residential project Upkar Habitat, all of my queries were easily sort out by sales team, plus when I asked them that I want to visit a site see things personally, they immoderately ready for the visit and we visit site next morning. I see lot of plots are booked & sold only few are left. Project is also approved by legal authorities.

Likely I spent 1:30 hrs their and in this time period the sales team behave very professionally and decently.

Total fraud people. Please get and discuss about Upkar Habitat, Upkar Residency projects. Message me personally I can tell you 10 people who are suffering because of Upkar.

Avoid these fraud people.

Upkar is a well known real estate developers that have project at very nice location with lot of green space. Good place to reside with family where you will find all the facilities nearby. They have provided approved contemporary residential layout which is the best part of their project.
