I have been using the Xiaomi Redmi Note 8 for the last 3 years. Overall, the phone is good. But the phone worked fine for a year. After a year, the phone started heating. By continuing to charge the phone for an hour, the phone starts getting hot. The battery got damaged due to the phone being heated. I had to buy a new battery. Its camera feature is also not as good as it should be. Storage and RAM are good, and performance is also good. Battery life is good but needs to improve. Overall, the phone is good, and my experience with it is okay.

Main ne DS Max Sky Supreme ka recent site visit kiya aur kaafi accha laga. Location Kengeri me hai jo ek shant aur residential area hai Bangalore ka. Project ka design modern hai, aur yeh 2 aur 3 BHK flats ke liye best option lagta hai un logon ke liye jo budget me ghar dhoond rahe hain.

Staff ka behavior professional tha, har baat clear kiya gaya. Security system, parking space, lift, aur water supply jaise facilities bhi available hain.

Mujhe ye bhi pasand aaya ki unka documentation process simple hai, lekin thoda slow tha. Agar aap Bangalore me sasta aur accha ghar dhoond rahe hain, to ek baar DS Max Sky Supreme ka visit zarur karein.

I have seen a lot of friends writing about the quality of the project's vicinity, but I don't understand why everyone has become deaf and blind to the facts. Were they not aware of the Nala and other issues before buying? Please understand that the Nala/sewage system falls under BBMP's jurisdiction. I have personally discussed this with the top management of DSMAX and found them extremely supportive. Anyone who is spreading hate can walk into their office on Saturday, and they are ready to listen and offer support within their capacity. Vomiting negativity will not help and will only deteriorate the situation further. I am sure most of the people writing these comments are not even buyers

What is manintaince cost generally for DS-MAX properties.

I got quotation of 2, 02, 000/3years. which is high comes around 5, 600 per month.

If this is 3 /per sq foot then looks ok.

In my view DSMax USP is decent quality properties at affordable pricing even for a middle-class family in our society. A 5 Star Rating to Mr.Babu(Site Incharge at Synergy) who is honest and hardworking person with zeal to deliver on DSMax promises.

But overall, it has not been a fully satisfactory experience due to unreliable teams/team members working in Silos with no sense of overall responsibility towards promises, product delivery or brand reputation and it falls upon the customer to follow-up with these teams to get things done.

Iam sanjib working in Ds max silverbell apartment as a security, project looks very beautiful with good design all the amenities well maintained by facility management team Iam very happy and lucky to work here.thanks to ds max for given me opportunity to serve for the company.

I am from pune, shiftingto Bangalore in month, was searching for the property. I came across ds max skyscape project and done the virtual visit online. I like the floor plan and the project . even-through project is smaller, its very well designed with open space and amenities.

main reason for me to book in skycape was the floor plan. its 2200 sft plan very spacious 3 bhk with 4 balcony and its with in my budget. hve paid 80lakhs.

have visited surrounding project - rohan, purvankara, DSR . there 2 bhk 1100 was costing me 80 plus .

Finally I booked in skycape and moving to this unit by next month.

this project has OCn CC from Bangalore development authority(BDA). and legalis clear .

I have initially inquired with builder and they dnt have much availability, have booked through landowner unit with much better pricing .

Last month I have purchased the property from Landowner in DS max sky scape, I was searching for property in horamavu location fmr last 6th month n finally I cme across DS max skyscape,

its very well constructed project with good quality, far better thn DS max brand . basically thy do budget apartment, but this project far batter thn there actual standard,

I have booked thought landowner in b block 7th floor. thay have finished the internal work within 20 days and recently I have registered the unit .i have avail the loan from SBI, thay have got OC. from BDA

I have done the legal check from my lawyer and legal papers are perfectly fine.

I will recommend this project to prospective buyer.
