A good property with value for money apartments.

The price is on par with the market. The list of amenities include swimming pool, gym, kids play area, snooker and TT room etc.

The facilities and services offered by DS Max has improved over the course of the last 2 years at the project. The project is being handed over to the Association in August 2019 - the handover process has been smooth till date.

The management was a tad unresponsive to begin with back in 2017, but since then, Mr. Prasanna (CFO of DS Max) has intervened and got some changes (hired better facility manager etc) made which has resulted in better communication and facility management since the last year and a half.

This is a good property to invest in South West Bangalore. There are a few more properties coming up from DS Max in the vicinity which is a good investment option.

DS Max is great place to stay and live with your family members.service provided by DS Max staff members are really appreciate by people staying within the apartment and purchasing the flats. Flats are very much affordable at DS MAX properties with good quality material used for construction.

I would like to thanks DS Max for helping in my dream home. I was in search of the property since last few months but all were going pass my budget, plus there were some service issues for some properties. Finally, my research comes to an end with DS Max Skyscape project in Anagalapura - Bangalore.

I''m currently staying here more than two years- It''s very good project and awesome location - good connectivity to near by schools and tech parks near by and my office as well. One Suggestion is swimming pool can be little bigger in size during weekend it is little crowded

I booked flat with DSmax few years ago. It was new construction. Sales team helped us well to do the booking formalities. The possession was on the right time as expected. Registration and other formalities were also done quite smoothly. The interior was also finished on time and it is as expected. I was very happy with them throughout. But After possession there was issue with my parking space, I was struggling a lot to get this resolved. Thankfully, Mr. Prasanna sir helped us to resolve it amicably. Overall it was a great experience buying the flat with DSMax and I will definitely recommend to everyone.

I have 3 BHK Flat purchased from DS MAX at Streak Nest Apartment, Yelahanka North. The Flatis very spacious, location is perfect for Residents and close to main Road. There are many schools, colleges and hospitals nearby for easy accessibilities. DSMAX is one of the best construction and Economical builder in Bangalore that I found.DS MAX is known for it perfect plan with perfect exhibition. It has proved to the people of well being that it is the best by providing customer services and support. All members of DS MAX including their management team are very supportive. See I looked for an affordable apartment in Electronic City near my Office as I work in Infosys. By stroke of luck, I came to know about DS-Max Properties as one of my colleagues referred me this name along with few others. I looked for those builders also and two of them had properties at Electronic City but they were far off and under construction but their prices were higher than DS-Max Sigma as my budget was low. There was no need of bargaining as I got a 2 BHK well within my budget. I am living there for one and a half year and I was happy with my home

D'S max is one of the few builders I saw who gives the possession in time. There may be expectations but me and my friend booked flats in D'S max Signature in Whitefield and both of us got the delivery before the expected date. we were happy. Three cheers to D'S Max

I got a flat from DS MAX recently - it is well built and furnished well, I dont think any second thought on purchasing the house and the interior is very professionally done. I liked the most.
