I recently bought a plot from Upkar Developers. I am pleased with the service provided by the team. All of the paperwork was handled by them. I'll return when I'm ready to buy a new plot in a few years.

It was a nice experience with the entire team, and we were happy with the manner you handled the teamwork until our plot was registered in our name. Bank process was smooth and it was overall a good investment.

I was looking for a calm plot near Hosur. After a week of study, I've booked a plot in Upkar Royal Garden. It's a nice area to live in, with good air quality and basic facilities. It has a park and garden where we may spend the evening. This is a good option for anyone looking for a nice, quiet, and peaceful plot in Tamil Nadu near Hosur.

Please don’t buy any property or homes from this builders if you get any calls please ignore it run away to save your money . We unfortunately got a land in Attibele where the katha is still in builders name and he’s not willing to transfer it from 3 years. Neither banks provide us loans to build home nor we can sell it. Now they are lifting their hand , also there should be an income tax ride if possible they own too many lands with unpaid tax and other litigations.

Requesting all potential buyers to look at the condition of roads and bushes in Upkar Greenfields before planning to invest in any of their properties. The plot that they sold me has a dimension mismatch and they have left it to me and my neighbour to sort out the mismatch. They claim they handed over the property to panchayat. However the roads were handed over in the most pathetic condition. It takes nearly 15 mins to travel 1 km in their layouts. dont buy any property there.

Most of the reviews showing them in good light could be fake ones. Beware, see the condition of thier previous projects before you plan to invest in newer projects

I don't recommend this developer. They had multiple fraud cases against them.

Please go thru the papers carefully, specially the permission taken. Heard that they are using the same permission for several projects by manipulating the papers. Please be careful.

Good developers, I purchased land in Habitat and I was looking for a plot near Attibele. Upkar developers plots are affordable and have potential located in developing cities. I purchased it without a second thought.

Upkar Habitat is well developed with amenities and facilities at an affordable price. The team is very helpful and they took care of the bank loan.

The negotiation went smooth, doing business with Upkar was good

Good developers, employees are very helpful their layouts are great and affordable prices.

The cooperation to the customers is good. I booked a plot in Upkar habitat. Bank loan process was also smooth overall it was a good purchase,

There has been a lot of problem in Upkar Residency, which is one of the earlier layouts of Upkar developers.

Upkar developers should sort out the issue and clear the sites from BDA. They have really good contacts and in BDA it is all about money. If Upkar developers were really good people, without any guilt, they would have easily sorted the issue with the BDA.

I have also heard about their issues in Upkar Habitat(as one of my friend who lives in Upkar Residency wanted to buy a plot in Habitat, but dropped the plan after looking at several reviews which told that it has similar issues)

Upkar developer is fraud company, they taken money in full payment and I have my site in old layout Upkar residency. Is the work of the developer over once they sell the sites? Isn't it their duty to make sure they handle if any problem comes. Now BDA has occupied some sites and Upkar Developer and Mr. Khan have shamelessly washed their hands and are not helping in the matter.

I request everyone to not to buy any plots from this developer. He has cheated many people in Upkar residency, upkar Habitat and in upkar green fields.

Please check the reviews, there are people who have put the photos of the sites being occupied.

I am a resident of Upkar Residency and I confirm that there is a huge problem in the Upkar Residency sites near the lake. I know many owners are struggling for the last 5-7 years to get their sites back. They keep coming and discussing with our association(URWA) about their sites.

They do complain that Upkar developers have not done anything about their sites. The layout overall is nice and peaceful, but yes there has been FRAUD done by upkar for which innocent buyers are suffering.

For people who need the details, please contact URWA and take the contact details of the owners of the sites and contact them directly.

Upkar developers are the ones who simply try to lure the buyers by providing attractive deals and offers. But in reality, based on some reviews when I tried to do some paper check, I realized there has been several fraud done by this developer.

So, I needed a land, I'm the kind of guy who thinks about the long term, and investing in real estate marketing is the best thing to do everyone knows the value of a land and its potential. I come to know about Upkar, they sell the land at affordable prices. I spoke to them on the phone and the best thing is 50% of the job is done on the phone the next day I went to meet them personally and negotiate. also they arranged a car to visit the plot. I brought a plot in the Upkar gardens.

I come to know about Upkar Developers on the radio, I contact them and met when I told them about my budge.t they helped me, and we negotiate the price. I brought for an Affordable price. Upkar has layouts in Hosur and Chandapura also but I went to visit the layouts when I went Habitat I saw a plot. I like it so much, the atmosphere and the surrounding was nice. Without a 2nd thought, I said I am buying this one.
