Suvidha builders are the worst builders in the located in the hyderabad. Never Buy plot from them they are totally fruad. A year ago I met them to buy a plot in the hyderabad residential area, but they told me before they will show me the plots I have to pay some token money that is 10, 000. I refused to give that much of money but they told me, we only show you plots when you give us token money. I was new in hyderabad, I thought it is compulsory to give token money, so finally I gave it to them. They showed me only 2-3 plots which are at worst location. I told them to refund my money, they totally refused me to give the token money. They are cheated on me. Never ever trust suvidha builder. They are fruadster.
