Suvarna bhuvi infra developer, managing partner Mr.T.lacchaya is a fraudster, he completed three ventures in surangal, Gundala village chevella, and shamshabad, now he is starting one more venture in surangal with the name Suvarna green city, he make lots of errors in the documents especially survey number and boundaries, after few years his own team mates put a legal case on you and claims that the land belongs to them, the same thing happened in chevella, his venture Suvarna bhuvi garden City, 13 buyers, along with me are the victims of his criminal conspiracy, he change his office once his plots get sold out, he shows club house but later he say it was model house, for more details contact me 9640007694

I have purchased 2 plots in Suvarna Garden City Gundal, Chevella Mandal and found that boundary and links documents were written wrong, the same I got corrected twice. Likewise, the he did for others also. But after 08 yrs. Bigg boss realtor came and demolished my house and now filed cases against buyers against 15 buyers. T. Lachaiah is not responding.

This company is a group of cheaters. I had personal experience withsuvarnakumar and KV reddy. They don't have any value for assurances they give before payment. We can literally say, they are like fox pretending to be sheep. I would request other sheeps not to pay a single penny to this company.

I would soon share several review videos of them. Especially what most interesting would be their phone recordings of committments and its change over time.

I recommend not to invest hard earned money in any of the Suvarnabhoomi venture, they will act lot of trust till they get money and next minute they show real colors.

Don't trust based on brand ambassadors, they do lot of marketing but they don't give any value to customers.

They took money and din't registered as agreed, we spent entire night in Suvarnabhoomi office sleeping on the floor and we received half amount next day, remaining money not sure and I don't trust on them.

They don't feel shame when the customers are staying in their office whole night to get refund or register the land as agreed.

Please, please, Please don't encourage like tis useless fellows and don't fool in their hands.

Friends, think twice before you invest in this company plots.

they are not doing anything they promise.

they are good at selling fast, but they keep everything aside.

development what they promise is late, registration is late.

if any one cancels the plot and asks for refund, they worry as if they are giving it from their pocket, after all its customer money and customer has the right to go with the product.

don't be a scape goat and ending buying what they decide as justified for you and what price they decided for you and then forget about the development.

this is my own experience. all victims should take sever action unitedly.
