In flat services issues is there upto 2 taken you taken care of us.After 2 year its difficult to make community so its problem for us so kindly keep services with you you can taken service charges also like 2 or 3 rupees also like per square feet.

With so many options I was so confused on what to buy.We literally spent like 4 weeks but cudnt find anything which was matching our requirements.Thanks to these guys, with their structured approach they identified a couple to good options and finally we purchased our home in just meetings.The best thing I liked about them was their professional approach and knowledge of the sector.

When my family were planning a return back from abroad for good, we were looking for our new home in Chennai, so many options, so many properties perused and research done and we found our matching premium property.

Very worst builders Dont ever buy anything from them They will surprise and attract with their facilities but nothing worth money... Dont trust them and fall for their words before buying.

To hide the original feedback from the buyers they deteted (SRI LAKSHMIRAM CONSTRUCTION) address from Google Maps.

You may notice all the postive feedack reviews are highlighted as FAKE by mouthshut as they are copy paste.

If you have any plan to buy a flat ask the builder whey no testimonials and why no address on Google Maps.

Ask that you need to visit the aleady completed projects and meet the owners to get feedback.

I regret to share my negative experience with Mr.Saravana Prabhu-SRI LR CONSTRUCTION] was , expected professional and transparency.

Unfortunately, I encountered several issues and they are not conclusive price and not giving anything in written document.

After reading the reviews I checked by visiting the apartments and found all are 90% true.So I won't buy a flat or suggest any one to buy from this builder.

Keep proof of all contracts, payment receipts with GST/TAX, always pay using bank transaction to company account and don't pay by cash or UPI this may cause cheating from the builder.

Consult a lawyer who specializes in fraud or construction law. They can guide you on the legal options available, including filing a lawsuit or taking other legal action if any wrong happen.

Is is safe and appropriate, confront the builder with your concerns. Ensure you document all conversation with pricing and time line.

Pay only after 100% completion of entire building don't consider only your flat work otherwise immediately halt any further payments to the builder until the issue is resolved.

Verify whether the builder has a history of such behavior, consider by reading the reviews and online.

Taking these steps can help you protect your financial interests and potentially recover any lost money.

There is a proverb "All the Glitters are not Gold" this perfectly suits to this construction quality.

I visited their ongoing construction site @ OMR after checking their website ready to occupy but only structural level construction completed. It will take minimum 2+ more years to complete the work.

After reading the below reviews i droped the plan.

I was searching to write a review for past 3 month's in Google but I couldn't found there address/location in maps.

If I would have read some of the review then I wouldn't purchase a flat.

Let's begin with the issue,

If you are the first or last buyer of the flat then don't puchase from SRI LR CONSTRUCTION because they take 2+ years to complete.

If you are a last flat buyer then you won't get any service or support.

I made an agreement and paid 50% to buy a last flat @ Lakshmi Nagar, valasaravakkam but due to rain and flood issues in GULF i couldn't reach India ontime for Registration and explained the situation but the never listen and charged penalty of Rs.50, 000 by owner Saravanan prabhu(uneducated fellow).From this i understand they are money minders.

I even paid and completed the Registration but the poor construction quality and local brand products started issues within 2 months, since I purchased the unsold last flat trusting them.

I'm not getting any service or support they are asking money from everything.

So please be careful before buying or better try some reputed builder after visiting their office, get opinion from existing flat owners and check Google reviews.

Builder is ok. Specifications are fine. Granite Floor, Stainless steel Grills & Gates, High Definition CCTV camera, Automatic Tank / Sump Controllers and branded pipes, cables & bathroom fittings.

Good builder with best price. After sales service from this builder (M/s. Sri Lakshmiram Construction) is ok. Attending & rectifying any repair work.

I was struggling to select a perfect house of our choice. while you see a product from Sri Lakshmi ram construction, you will regret the time you wasted in searching.to become owner of house every one dream trust me if u choose Sri Lakshmi ram construction your dreams comes true.

Seems everything good in paper and advertisement. But check these and then decide,

1.Visit and consult with near by flats members(same builder about the quality and service how they are offering and also discuss about payment procedure).

2.Verify all pricing quote with third party service providers, before registration or making any payment.

3.Check the building quality, finishing and compare with other builders like JKB, Naveens, Radiance Majestic, Tulive BelleVue.

4.Check the plan approval with building construction.

5.Get all details(pricing and completion of work) in written format.

Not trustworthy builder and not experienced construction quality.

Has some few issues like water leaking, lift problem and its been solved.

We are happy buying a flat.

Good support.
