After reading the reviews I checked by visiting the apartments and found all are 90% true.So I won't buy a flat or suggest any one to buy from this builder.

I was interested in buying Akshayam OMR(perungudi) and also I visited the site.

For coming to your office I searched address in Google maps but I didn't found and viewed the reviews.

I directly visited your sold out apartment locate...d at Valasaravakkam and discussed 4 house owners no one suggested to buy.

Here is response for drramesh question,

Total 9 flats,it is not ready occupy because Mason work,car parking,lift, painting and many more works are yet to complete which will take 2 years based on the work progress.

Moreover the price 8300 per sq/feet is very high for dead end road and mattu kottai is there which make nuisance.
