This are the money eating intermediate company how have no land just do promotion and sell land of someone else, it's common for all promotion company but they claim as developer but actually they just eat 50-55% of money won't even provide that to seller of the land and do false promises like roads, 24/7 security guard, CCTV all fake amenities. With personal experience - if you see the manju group website they will mention as completed successfully project for Maraimalnagar Greenspot and amenities but reallity it's n google named ford avenue layout at maraimal nagar. Which is still like forest and planned showed layout roads nothing started yet, for past 5yrs.
