Worst Builder with Real Experience

Dear friends, please consider this as personal caution and genuine review. Not to degrade the builder but to create awareness and spread the truth to common man like you and my relatives who bought a flat with this builder. They started a venture, Satya Sai Golden Towers in Kondapur, Masjid Banda almost 4 years back and till today it is incomplete. You may go and check right now. They delayed everything so much that my cousins and most of other families are already staying. As per information I got, their employees never speak truth and they always say some excuse for work. I visited the site two days back, it is so bad and worst shape. Looks like these builder is in huge loss. They promised many things but they failed to provide basic amenities till now. No transformer, no generator, no lights in the building common area, parking not ready, absolutely crap and worst quality. Builder claim that they constructed many sites in nallakunta, but this one is a failure project. I recommend you not to buy any flat from this builder. They cheated my cousins and other people also.
