Every project they sold are entangle in litigation(such emerald / american township / pride hills / crystal town and more.) there projects are demolished by municipal / MRO office due to non-compliance. kindly do not buy plots from this builder pride india owned by sanober baig who is politically influence with local leader's and luring NRI'S there hard earned money.
