My true experience about this builder. My brother recently one year ago purchased a 2 bhk flat in Ambernath west. Till date I have never seen a builder who cares a lot for the people who are going to buy their flats. My experience about mohan suburbia is that the builder has provided all types of amenities such as  free bus transport to go to railway station, hospital, school, mini mall, cinema hall, and all this in the premises itself.

The people need not go anywhere as they find all this comfort in the premises. Its a township project. A new phase is underconstruction. So if anyone is planning to purchase a flat than please visit mohan suburbia to do the booking before all flats are sold out.

I have also seen in mohan group building in badlapur area the rate is so high as comapre to other builder. And maintance of building is so expensive as to other society. The mohan group site is almost 1 km from badlapur station, so much time consume in site to station. And near by site are very bad road, so much dust problem face in that area.

Mohan group of companies is very trustfull, I have being srching for flat last year I came across many sites but finally I selected mohan grp bcz it is so spacious in less price, aminities they give us and their festival offers, also they help u with loan facility.

Which is their plus point, dont thing so much just go and visit mohan plans, my pretty sure you all will love it guys, thank you??

Mohan group constructions are pretty good to watch and visit. Quality constructions with a reasonable price compare to the best in the industry. All the amenities provided their are up to the mark. Hence visiting this construction site make a feel of buying it. It's like love at first sight. Reputation and with best amenities mohan group is best option to buy a flat in nearBy areas. Thanks.

Now a days Buying flats have become very difficult for midal class people But mohan group project is cheapest as compared to others with all the facilities like club house , garden etc . I always see ads of mohan group on highways in kalyan, bhiwandi , ambernath, badlapur One thing I point out that mohan group wan to make every people dream Easy to achieve . On 31 april 2016 there was a function from mohan group.i also attend .ye saal karde mala mal on this function I saw that people who participate this win gold

1st prize 1.0 kg gold

2nd prize 0.5 kg gold

3rd. prize 0.25 kg golg

I always see mohan group builders ad's on cable channel saying all about there construction anyways I dont own any flat in any of there constructions but yeah I have visited to one of there building which is in kalyan which you can see while you are in train going to kalyan

They have sense of construction and exactly what a common man looks for there rooms are spacious and interior was attractive

The garden area was quite beautiful and rooms were well equipped with modern amenities and also 24x7 security for safety

Anyways I hope one day I get chance to own any one of there house
