I recently encountered a distressing situation that compelled me to share my experience regarding a company's failure to fulfill its basic obligation of paying salaries. Don't join in this company, I'm the ex employee of Maruthi Corporation Limited, he don’t know how to treat a employee. He didn’t pay my salary till now, the worst part is their projects, they don’t have proper idea about the prices around the location and he needs to sell the property, he won’t give budget for the promotions and need leads. Don’t join in this organization for better future. The worst company policies that never faced in my past. I hope that by sharing my experience, it serves as a cautionary tale for both prospective employees and the management of Maruthi Corporation limited to address and rectify this critical issue promptly.(MD.
