IT WAS VERY TOUGH FOR ME TO HAVE FAITH IN ANY BUILDERS.SO I STARTED REASERCHING ABOUT THEM AND FOUND THAT KUMAR BUILDERS IS THE DECENT AND ONE CAN RELY ON THEM.THEY COMPLETE THEIR EACH AND EVERY PROJECT ON TIME AND WITH HONESTY. The best builders in Pune are Kul Kumar builders. Their services are great. Highly recommended! Best thing about Kul Kumar builders is there quality of construction and project locations. They are really best builders of Pune. All my family members trust Kul Kumar builders whenever any of our relatives has to buy a flat. I would highly recommend them to everyone. They have more than 50 projects including residential as well as commercial project, I recommended Kul Kumar builders to one of my friend for commercial space and he is satisfied. They are fraud.They keep saying you lie . I am not recommending it for anyone . They will make you felling cheated every time. Staff behavior is also very bad and arrogant. They will delay project every time . they are the worst builder I have ever experience in my life

Kul Kumar Builders is one of the best and trustworthy builders in Pune. They have numbers of good residential projects. Owner of Kul Kumar Builders i. e. Lalit Kumar Jain and Kruti Kumar Jain, they are also well-manner people for their office employees and customers.

Kumar Kul Ecoloch provides best ever infrastructure. Apart from this the staff over kul kumar ecoloch provides best ever apartments.Appriciated and just keep the good work up. All the very best Kul builders. Nevertheless, the staff is quite supportive and give a right guidance.

I live in kumar shantiniketan which is developed by kul kumar builders. My brother in law suggested me to buy a flat in kumar shantiniketan, initially I had some doubts but now I am very happy with my choice. Kumar shantinikat has good amenities and the quality of the building is very good.

I am very Happy with Kumar Builders for building my dream home at Kul utsav. We have always leaned towards a luxury home but then the general prices were way on the higher side. However KUL Kumar Builders in Pune brought the best of both worlds - in terms of price and luxury and I have to say that this is the best decision I have made.

I was looking for a flat in Kondhwa Area. My relatives especially my uncle suggested me with Kul Utsav, as he himself owned a flat there. I was a bit hesitant at first place as there were some bad reviews placed by some people. I went trusting my uncle, but that turned out to be the best decision in real estate I ever made. Every bad thing written in the reviews seems so so fake. Totally go for it.

Really love how this project turned out to be. Despite all the negativity surrounding Kul Ecoloch and Kul Nation, this one really came out to be a successful project. The amenities reflect the whole pro-environment aspect KUL Kumar Builders preach. Although it is in the midst of the city, the hustle and bustle of the city life seem to have no effect on keeping our home pristine and peaceful. My family is happy and we are excited to start living here!

As I was very scared and confused when I started to explore the option to buy a flat, I started taking many suggestions from friends .i have also seen many properties but when I visited here and seen the property but actually I was impressed with the design and location, quality of work and also with the amenities .

Kumar Builders is very renown and they are famous for their design of construction. the thing I like most is their project location, KUL Shnatiniketan is located at pashan surrounded by greenery and far from city noise and pollution. It was a great experience to deal with you guys.

I booked flat in phase 2, with 50% downpayment in 2014 and Builder promised possesion in 2016. But it’s 2018 and NO construction is going on.

Most likely builder is bankrupt or planning on cheating big time.

As government is rediculous and helps only builders, this is painful experience.

Builder just took the money from buyers and did no work since past 5 years. No communication from the builder to the clients. Big mistake to invest in kul ecoloch.

Biggest issue is that builder is not ready to take responsibility for his actions.

There doesn't seem to be any intent of the builder to do the construction.

Most delayed project, fraud Company, fraud MD.

Took 20% booking amount upfront, not build single flat for last 4 year, everything is virtual, status is under construction and stop moving for many months, some good reputed builder need to take over to complete the project.
