My name is Neha Nayan. The builder Concorde Group has cheated me. Two marketing people, Mr. Tapan and Mr. Vivek, (702287xxxx) were helping with customer talks and handovers.

I bought a flat at Concorde Auriga in July 2021 and paid 95% of the money. The builder promised I would get my flat by August 2024, but there have been delays. They do not have the needed papers(NOC and OC), so they are not ready to register my flat. After waiting, the builder asked for 50 lakh extra or told me to cancel my unit.

I have spoken to them many times, but nothing has changed. I pay EMIs every month, but the builder keeps making excuses. They told me to do whatever I want because I cannot fight them. I work full-time and pay EMIs, but I am confused about whether to keep working or go to court. People say I should go to RERA, but that also takes a long time and is tiring. Going to court is expensive and slow. I do not know who can really help me.

Bad sales person - I was attended by Akshay Grover, who has left the builder now after making false delivery promises. I purchased the unit in May 2022, Akshay said possession by August-Dec 2023. He left Concorde in May 2023, before leaving he said wait till July and the works will be over. When I called him in July, found that he has left and joined Assetz group.

I suggest homebuyers not to deal with this guy, massively suffering with rent and HL EMI only because of fake promise by Akshay Grover.

Concorde Auriga is a smart home. We can manage everything from voice command. It is one of the amazing project by Concorde Group. Also it has rooftop clubhouse and lake view site.

Best place for family. I love the location. Also they have all the amenities. Must visit great project. I am happy to be a part of Concorde family. They have superb customer support team. We can approach them for any kind of doubt regarding the project.

Found their construction quality really good, as I myself am an architect, we were satisfied and happy about it. Good amenities, nice quality, good location and facilitates are those you will find reasons to buy here.

I was looking for my own flat and my search got over on Concorde Spring Meadows. It has all amenities which I was looking for. I am very happy to invest here.

We booked the apartment here and during agreement they told we need to give 3 lakhs more than what is discussed. They started telling parking fees is not added by mistake. We have spent almost 1 month towards this planning. We had planned everything and they started asking more money. It was unprofessional and unethical. They had got customer who can pay more. That's why all this drama. So I cancelled the booking. My experience with them is horrible. It was full of lies. They told they will handover in a short duration. Then they told you need to pay the 10%, then we will handover. It was something fishy.

Concorde Spring Meadows is located in Hesaraghatta. You couldn't get a better place if you are looking for budget homes in the range of Spring Meadows.

Spring meadows by Concorde is an amazing project and the best part is, it is ready to move in, It has all the amenities one could ask for and much more.

The best part about Concorde Auriga or Concorde in general is that they are very active on social media and actively respond to all your queries. The whole process of booking to site visits was very smooth. Hopefully, the project gets completed on time.

Napa valley offers 4BHK villas located in Kanakapura Road. First off, this place is surrounded by greenery. You have a basketball court, jogging track, a garden, gym, you name it, they have it.

Peaceful atmosphere, full of greenery, lovely neighbors, heavenly place. Blessed to buy this property. The entire area is so clean and well maintained. I would definitely recommend to go for it. Worth investing.
