We had booked one plot on concorde elements of earth with 3 Lakh rupees. When we went to verify the papers we got to know about ongoingSLV court case. We tried to check their resolution for legal case but they do not have much solution with them. So We requested for cancellation and refund since we had not signed agreement and as per booking contract they should give us back booking amount. Its been more then 3 months, they are not responding properly for refund.

Visited Elements of Earth project on Kanakapura road and I made a thorough legal check of the project and found that there is a case on them the case number OS.No.540/2021 is against Sri Sai Associates, they are the developers. Thank God I got to know this before investing my hard earned money.

Please beware whoever is planning to purchase a plot in Elements of Earth project which is located in Kanakapura road developed by Sri Sai Associates. I have got to know that there is a case on them going on in the court and the case number is RA 23/2021, I checked it on the website Please be cautious.

I had purchased a Villa at Concorde Napa Valley in the month of April 2019 and had excellent support from project sales team. But, Project maintenance team is the worst I have ever seen or interacted. Though, there was continuous followups to get my villa issues resolved within 1 year of defect liability period, they kept on postponing giving one or the other reasons. When I finally fought with them to get my pending issues closed, they simply shouted back and told me that I should have not taken the pocession of the villa if these many issues were found. Unfortunately, they just delay handing over the villa so that we are under pressure to take over as house warming would have already been planned. Also, the person had noted down all the defects identified by me just after taking over and came back post 3-4 months and told me that he has lost the book which is ridiculous. and I had to take over as the house warming was already planned. Such bad construction quality that the tiles are coming off the floor and there are seepages which can be identified only during rainy season.

I have seen their floor plan of the project and it is one of the best plan that was suitable for me. They are providing some world-class amenities like yoga deck, jogging track, gym, swimming pool. I really liked the project as it is very close to the lake and built amidst greenery which makes for beautiful views from the rooms in the building.

Concorde Hillcrest is a great project for a weekend getaway. The executive team was good at explanation and handling customers. We are satisfied with the conversation with their team. Definitely going to buy soon!

The quality of the construction is excellent, all the amenities like gym, pool, outdoor and indoor games, and open play area for kids all are included in the Hill Crest project. no doubt their project is really awesome they think for everyone from a small kid to the older one.

Epitome has the best-in-class amenities, which includes a clubhouse, swimming pool, billiards, sports infrastructure, and party hall.

Just visited the construction site. The location of Auriga is very convenient for me. Schools and Colleges are located near-by.

Hill Crest by Concorde has the best in class amenities. Bangalore Airport is just 30 minutes away from the place. Many IT parks, Hotels and Business parks are coming up around the Chikkaballapur. It is highly recommended for people who are willing to invest in real estate and wants to secure their life.

I bought a villa at Concorde Napa Valley and have been living there for a while now. After my friend visited me, he is planning to buy a villa here.

When I was looking to buy a 3 BHK flat in Bangalore, I took time to look at a lot of properties, but nothing matched projects at Concorde Group. It’s away from the city noise and perfect after a long day.

Lake view apartment with natural lighting. The connectivity to the other parts of the city is good. I have been living here for a year now and never faced any issues.
