We booked the apartment here and during agreement they told we need to give 3 lakhs more than what is discussed. They started telling parking fees is not added by mistake. We have spent almost 1 month towards this planning. We had planned everything and they started asking more money. It was unprofessional and unethical. They had got customer who can pay more. That's why all this drama. So I cancelled the booking. My experience with them is horrible. It was full of lies. They told they will handover in a short duration. Then they told you need to pay the 10%, then we will handover. It was something fishy.

Building construction is not good quality because when you’re going to drilling work at the time drill goes smoothly it means quality of material is very poor quality has used

Second building Half of the building is not according to vastu such as the main door facing and kitchen hob area or bed facing areas and balcony facing is as detailed has not been followed and even Dyning facing areas also there is some more as Customer cheating business

Found their construction quality really good, as I myself am an architect, we were satisfied and happy about it. Good amenities, nice quality, good location and facilitates are those you will find reasons to buy here.
