My name is Neha Nayan. The builder Concorde Group has cheated me. Two marketing people, Mr. Tapan and Mr. Vivek, (702287xxxx) were helping with customer talks and handovers.

I bought a flat at Concorde Auriga in July 2021 and paid 95% of the money. The builder promised I would get my flat by August 2024, but there have been delays. They do not have the needed papers(NOC and OC), so they are not ready to register my flat. After waiting, the builder asked for 50 lakh extra or told me to cancel my unit.

I have spoken to them many times, but nothing has changed. I pay EMIs every month, but the builder keeps making excuses. They told me to do whatever I want because I cannot fight them. I work full-time and pay EMIs, but I am confused about whether to keep working or go to court. People say I should go to RERA, but that also takes a long time and is tiring. Going to court is expensive and slow. I do not know who can really help me.

Happy with the quality. I bought my first home in Concorde Auriga. It is a 2 BHK apartment. We are happy with the handover.

Project Location - Good

Design - Good

Bad sales person - I was attended by Akshay Grover, who has left the builder now after making false delivery promises. I purchased the unit in May 2022, Akshay said possession by August-Dec 2023. He left Concorde in May 2023, before leaving he said wait till July and the works will be over. When I called him in July, found that he has left and joined Assetz group.

I suggest homebuyers not to deal with this guy, massively suffering with rent and HL EMI only because of fake promise by Akshay Grover.

I have seen their floor plan of the project and it is one of the best plan that was suitable for me. They are providing some world-class amenities like yoga deck, jogging track, gym, swimming pool. I really liked the project as it is very close to the lake and built amidst greenery which makes for beautiful views from the rooms in the building.

Concorde Auriga Ramamurthy Nagar, Medahalli, is such a location which is in close proximity to other prominent landmarks in the city. The area is excellently situated close to important Banaswadi road, Outer ring road and market road.

Concorde auriga just a few kilometeres from majestic. Ramamurthy nagar, medahalli has spectacular social infrastructure, Concorde Auriga is just a few kilometeres away from well known school, colleges, hospitals, health clubs and shopping centres.

Concorde Auriga is a smart home. We can manage everything from voice command. It is one of the amazing project by Concorde Group. Also it has rooftop clubhouse and lake view site.

The best part about Concorde Auriga or Concorde in general is that they are very active on social media and actively respond to all your queries. The whole process of booking to site visits was very smooth. Hopefully, the project gets completed on time.

Just visited the construction site. The location of Auriga is very convenient for me. Schools and Colleges are located near-by.

Lake view apartment with natural lighting. The connectivity to the other parts of the city is good. I have been living here for a year now and never faced any issues.

Many Buildings in Bangalore are build by this construction company. The staff of this company is very friendly and believable. I had really great experience while buying an apartment for them.

The location and plan looks for Concorde Auriga. They are offering many indoor and outdoor amenities with in the premises. I would like to invest in this project as Concorde Group is a reliable brand.

I have recently bought a property with Concorde Group and so far everything is going smoothly. They responded to all of my queries and communication lines are always open.
