When we booked a house in 2011 in Pallavaram, we thought we were paying for the house that we dreamt of but never knew we were paying for the problems that we were about to face. M.D Govindarajan is a big time fraud and Google his name, you can see many land grabbing cases and even a murder case on him. Besides, the construction being utterly poor and of low standards, we are facing a terrible time with the land registration itself.

We were never aware of the fact that he sold us a multi-owner-ed plot. After he handed over the house, suddenly 2 parties came to us claiming it was their land. It was devastating. Checking EC, parent docs and involving banks does no good with these builders.

They are big players in this field and knows very well how to deal with it. Currently there are around 10 houses in the Chitra township facing such problems and few of them are even sealed. Now, we have a whole lot of legal issues to deal with and busy seeking for HELP and ADVICE to get our hard earned money back, but with the corrupt and inefficient system in our country, getting justice is yet another Dream.

So, please be aware of these guys and stay away from their business.

He is running an office with a bunch of crooks. He is cheating the public, by showcasing his apartment complex at Soolaimedu(Opp. Nungambakkam Railway station). Never trust this builder.

Never come across such a shameless promoter and staff. Fighting to get back the money for more than one year. This promoter is a coward and has no self respect.

Not many builders in and around TamilNadu have such unimpeachable credentials like they have. I bought a flat in Choolaimedu from them and was surprised by the squeaky clean process. So much so that I started wondering whether something wrong was in their offering.

But, the anxiety gave way to a pleasant experience which I will never forget. I was happy to get my flat in such a booming area for that price(after many negotiation talks).The basic ameneties and the quality of work was good though there was few issues with the water taps which they corrected immediatly.The only problem is with the maintanence.But still I cant complaint about the seller for that because the maintanence is been done by the flat association appointed people.

There is no proper communication with the people living around and a useless secretary(as he calls himself).But still as far as concerning about buying a flat from the seller I have my thumbs up as they fulfill their promises.I have recommended their new perungudi project to one of my relative who is very much interested now!! All in all, a great painfree buying experience in these days where land sharks roam freely.
