When we booked a house in 2011 in Pallavaram, we thought we were paying for the house that we dreamt of but never knew we were paying for the problems that we were about to face. M.D Govindarajan is a big time fraud and Google his name, you can see many land grabbing cases and even a murder case on him. Besides, the construction being utterly poor and of low standards, we are facing a terrible time with the land registration itself.

We were never aware of the fact that he sold us a multi-owner-ed plot. After he handed over the house, suddenly 2 parties came to us claiming it was their land. It was devastating. Checking EC, parent docs and involving banks does no good with these builders.

They are big players in this field and knows very well how to deal with it. Currently there are around 10 houses in the Chitra township facing such problems and few of them are even sealed. Now, we have a whole lot of legal issues to deal with and busy seeking for HELP and ADVICE to get our hard earned money back, but with the corrupt and inefficient system in our country, getting justice is yet another Dream.

So, please be aware of these guys and stay away from their business.
