It's a worst place to book a flat. We booked a flat in HSR layout on month of June. They promised to get RERA by July. But as till date (Dec 1st) they didn't get. Hence we cancelled 2 months ago ( sept 6) but they have not refunded 1lk rs which we paid as EOI. Everytime we email them we are getting only templet response. Worst decision that we ever took. Please refund our money. @casagrand dont force us to send you a legal notice.

Casagrand is unfit to be a reputed builder in Chennai or any part of the world. This company is not even able to give water to his customers for more than 12 hours. Personally I stay in Casagrand Sereno. There is no water for past 12 hours. If we ask for the status to Mr. Baskeran(Site Engineer) is responding very rudely to us. He is thinking as if we are staying in his house for free. There is no escalation matrix. If maintenance team is not picking up the call whom should we need to contact?

Friends. please do not buy any product with Casagrand. My humble request is this. Please do not loose your respect and money.

Worst of casa grand, no professional or ethical people working here. They are not refunding my money even after RERA has passed order to refund the money. they will not answer my emails and pick up my call and has been harassing for more than a year now. They dont value our hard earned money. I strongly suggest please do not book any casagrand apartment, they will not deliver the apartment on time, will not follow nay law or rules and they will harass you. such a worst company.

No transperency. All fake promises. Regret the purchase. No permanent EB. Has patta issue and litigation. Beware. Please be careful before you purchase any property from Casagrand especially in Bengaluru as they showcase and promise a lot of things but unfortunately it will differ from the final product.

Example:

1. Home automation shown in previous projects and what was given completely differs.

2. Referral amount is a fluke and big lies. You will not receive it until you follow up 1000 times. I haven't received it to date.

3. Project will never be delivered on time.

4. Sales team will work with you until you certain point - a post that no one will be bothered to speak to you after that

5. Please keep everything in writing.

6. No Bore well water at Lorenza but the sales team sold the property stating the availability

7. No Kaveri water at Lorenza but was told the connection will be provided.

You will end up just following up with them.

Note: Please speak to owners of previous property before you buy anything in Bengaluru for Casagrand.

Bought a 2 BHK flat in 2021 Mar with the promise to have the handover by Dec'21. Gradually, the handover date moved and now they say handover tentatively in Sep'22.

It feels, minimal work happening after charging 90% of amount.

Not worth buying from Casa Grand due to delay in handover.

Do not buy from casa. False promises and money minded. Quality of work is zero and delay for 5+ years though promised to give in 2 years. Unnamed brand materials will be used. Customers are treated as dogs. Beware of this company. I am struggling to get my flat for last 5 years.
