Landlord issues: All projects, builder unable to clear landlord issues: Non capable builder.

-No Amenities - builder mention many on paper but on ground Nill.

Finally we can say the Managing Director is not a builder, he is a broker due to his front face being so innocent but back end he will put fighting among Villa owners, Landlords etc.(Very talented Builder/Broker).


Personally I faced a lot of challenges with this Builder(Broker).


Review with any Villa owners who bought houses with this builder you will get some or other story(Negatively).
