Amsri Builders has provided latest stop solution for luxury living and working area. I just visited their website as I had heard a good ability and maturity work lot about Amsri Builders, and was totally fascinated. It showed a good development equal of world full of comfort as if you are living your dreams and enjoy your long life with your dream home. This compelled me to convince my mom dad and visit their site and told me again and again.

The customer care and staff was really helpful and supportive for all type client and managing staff is good behavior off all client. They provided us nice hospitality and service. Don't go by price. It's way higher as compared to other leading builders in the city not for city all of world and the good of parity in building field.

But, the class of construction and planning will take you to the world of full fill your dreams. They have designed latest and comfortable area homes in the way you desire to have. A living space full of luxury with the facility you are looking for the new eyes and dreams. You name the facility and it's there. I told any person for related of Amsri Builders.

Great customer support

I was skeptical about investing in real estate after I got duped earlier but luckily I was able to lease my commercial complex in SD road from here in US itself. It all happened in 2-3 days with swift allocation.

Genuine but unlucky

I am a civil engineer and I have gone through all the construction of theirs . By having a close view on them it shows that , from the time of recession there pace of construction has gone down . In white pearls , they have started off well but couldn't finish it . All the ones who submitted your reviews just think if they are really not a good construction company why did u invest.

They r going to be one of the best builders again and then u all will shut your mouths . U srinivas will make it happen.

Their Projects are normally delayed by more than a year, but their Project near WhiteField, Bangalore was a disaster, caused huge loss to us who purchased flat their, the Project was suppose to finished by 2010, and not on May 2011,

Only 3 floors are built for one block. No idea when it will finish, our hard earned money is stuck badly.

Guys, If people still believe that they are the genuine builders as posted in some of the comments I feel very sorry for them. Believe me we are caught badly and there is no way of escape.

Only when everybody unites and plan to take them for a hale ride things might start changing. You have been trying individually for yrs now, good luck if you want to try 2/3 more years.

Everyone of us who has invested in this project including me are easy going person and don't want to accept the truth and challenges.

Lets accept that we are all screwed and try not to live on the mercy of the such bloody builder.Pardon my language....

AMSRI Builders : White pearls Bangalore

Though the paper work looked genuine for AMSRI White pearls, I am worried about their execution.

I am based in Bangalore and I am visiting their site regularly. I see that, in the last one year they have just completed the basement and part of the ground floor. At this pace, I am not sure, when will they complete the project.Hearing the stories of AMSRI central court at Secundarabad, my worries have compounded. Around 3 months or so, delay is tolerable. More than an year delay (which happened for AMSRI Central Court and I see all signs of this for AMSRI White pearls) is too much for ones patience.

With the new block coming up, I am not sure if they are planning to stick to their commitments of promised amenities. I dont see any advertisements for AMSRI White pearls in newspapers. If all the blocks are sold then why arent they progressing in the construction work and if the blocks are not sold then why are there no ads in the newspapers?

Feedback on Amrsi Builders

Though Amsri Builders have been starting new project - we the residents of the yet-to-be-finsihed project Amsri Central Court, Central Court, Secunderabad have not been happy. There are scores of problems - the project is delayed by more than 1 year. Common facilities like marked parking lots, Gym, Fire hydrants etc have not yet been provided.

We are apalled by the total lack of customer focus that all members of the Amsri Builders's team have shown. This is the biggest project yet for Amsri Builders - yet none of the founders ( Amruth Goud or Srinivas U) have taken the time to visit and talk to the 60 odd families staying in Amsri Central Court for the last 6 months. All complaints to finish pending work fall on deaf ears. They demonstrate a - I-don't-care attitude.

You would not find even one satisfied customer in Amsri Central Court, Secunderabad. We hear that Amsri Builders are working on even bigger projects - what we can clearly say that Amsri Builders are not geared to take up such projects. They simply don't work to a plan. Even today - after the project is delayed for more than a year - no body can give a definitive date by when the project would be fully complete with all amenities as promised.

I long back I have a Residential Flat in Amsri Residency at Ameerpet, Hyderabad city. Team of Amsri group is very good team. They have lots of variety as per your want. They think that only what you want not what they want. Amsri Group is best for investing money in Flats & Houses, having a good location plus best feature what we want in our dream house. Thats why Amsri group is best .When we talk about customer service so it is really good they have a well trained employee which solved all our queries what we want and they respect customer as their boss . Hello Guys, I have recently Booked a flat in this construction company and It is very good company. Amsri Builders designs each and every flat very unique, available to all the pupil in terms of amount. It had started apartments in 2000 Sq.Yards with world class facilities to every individual and in this construction flats are available for all category pupil like who wants 2BHK 3BHK. It is also available with furniture direct contact with the owners of the flats.

Customer service - They are very polite and till the starting they guided us for the payment and they allow our own requirements to construct our flat as our wish.

Staff courtesy - seemed to be very good and I felt very surprised.
