I brought a flat in 1407- Aditya Capitol heights near HITEC city MMTS Station. I shortlisted all the available options in that area as it is near to Kukatpally and Raheja Mindspace. I thought of buying a Ready to MoveIn Flat but later finalised this due to the pre emi offer of the company. I would prefer other people to invest in this project with the same offer if you want to spend your hard earned money wisely. I can surely say that it will become an iconic project once it is completed.
