My son booked a flat in Empress towers in 2011.They gave a pre EMI offer wherein the interest on Bank loan will be reimbursed to the buyer every month by the company.


They promised to deliver the flat by Dec.2014.


Till date it was not done .


It is still under construction.we don't know when the flat will be given.


Recently they are  also delaying reimbursement of interest.


It appears they are in financial trouble.


So my advice to those who want to buy from these builders is to buy a ready to move in flat after careful verification of quality.
