Planning implementation is not good

Review On Adarsh Builders, Hyderabad

My brother is a tenant in hyderabad for last 10years.Recently he planning for constructing anew house.With his friend suggestion, he consulted the Adarsh builders for his own home construction.They are told the total plan and the budget amount.The planning of the home is awesome.But the budget is very high.We cannot bear this budget.My brother agreement for a reduced amount.The Adarsh builders has started the construction work within 15days from the agreement.

The total construction is completed in 10months.It is 2BHK flat.Hence it is taking 10months for total completion.At lastly the construction is completed and it was handovered to my brother.After seeing the construction he feels unhappy.Because the construction is not good as expected.The planning they have seen to us is looking good, but they are constructed the other bad plan.He feels bad with its construction.Now he is living in that home.Because already construction is completed.We cannot do anything to it.The only choice is to face the home only.Actually my brother done a small mistake.That mistake was he consulted only one builders.He never searched any others.If he searched for anymore, he will definitely find the good solution for his home.
