From my childhood I have a dream that I want to own a house with my own expenses fullfilling all my requirements.accurate wind chimes will give me not a flat gave me a good family and good hosipitality. 24 hours customer support .basically in hyderabad there is much pollution.but it is constructed in good atmosphere which gives us health and wealth. There is a separate place for kids .place constructed for kitty parties .24 hours water facility . If you face any problem just click one button the whole appartment will be alerted and they save you with in minutes. Good for safety

My bro is working at Hyderabad.he decides to stay in Hyderabad with family.so we choose to have a look at various constructions.luckily we found the desired construction that's accurate wind chimes .at first we thought it's much  expensive but I assumed wrong.It's very affordable.

firstly we visited guest lounge.It's speckless.and went to swimming pool.It's a stress reliever for all our family ones.we spent whole day at accurate wind chimes.I can suggest people that this accurate wind chimes is accurate to each and every one.

Accurate wind chimes is the best project I have ever seen. Hyderabad is usually famous for site seeing.so we should definitely visit this accurate wind chimes to full fill our wish.its ambience is totally good felt like.these homes are designed for happiness.homes at AWC have very detailed designs, natural lighting, electricity and water facilities are good.cross ventilation to sound enclosure open area with storage space.these AWC havr proper weather.the amount invested in this AWC was not wasted.its near highway, nearby hospitals.

Accurate wind chimes are amazingly well planned properties.i felt it as a worthy project to invest and tonlive in with a family.much affordable in such a beautiful ambience and really the child centered environment.best facilities for children basketball court and dance studio club.this place is near by highway and can avoid traffic difficulties. Here, options for customer are first preference, super styles of home and constructions very nice team efforts which I ever seen in others.free from noise and pollution.schools, hospitals, colleges are near by.

Being a new mother and an IT EMPLOYEE I am always worried about my child safety and here comes an answer for all my worries. This has day care which is safe and sound and a play area as well where kids can have some outdoor activities. Also has good ventilation and ambience is nice as well . It is a worthy project to invest and live.The project is well planned and provides good amenities.Good infrastructure and all facilities available like parks, swimming pool etc., And alsi price of the 2bhk and 3bhk are affordable.The project provides close proximity to schools, colleges, Transport and hospitals.It also provides double coated ceiling and good staff to full fill the needs of the clients.

Recently I visited accurate wind chimes at narsingi(gachibowli).best thing about project is its very near to main areas like schools, colleges, hospitals. One more good thing about project is they are presenting child focused homes with good amenities, so many sports like badminton, swimming, chess with coach, they are providing everything needed at the same time they providing good safety. Accurate builders are the best I have seen among all near narasingi with child focus theme, which is unique.This is a very nice project with 2hk and 3bhk, club house, gym, indoor games for kids, swimming pool.It is located on the main road which is helpful and very near to wipro circle.And it is supported by a fantastic staff who always try to satisfy the needs and requirements of clients with good service. price is affordable side for this locality, in overall a good community in Narasingi, Hyderabad.

Accurate builders are the best I have seen among all, near Naarsingi. Always try to satisfy their customer needs and requirements with good service. Project had a good reputation in real estate. Recent visit to Accurate Windchimes project with family at narsingi was amazing . The entire project on podium level makes it traffic free for children . The club house will be ready with all the facilities by year end gives positive vibrations about the project . Friendly sales team showed me the ideal apartment fitting my budget with the offers enabling me to book the flat with lesser downpayment

Nice community with child focused Theme . The mall next to the project highly advantage, cantonment area so you won’t have much traffic or pollution. The project is spacious. the floor plan and flat configurations are good. Common areas like corridors, stairs, podium have premium/luxury finish. Price is a affordable side for this locality. It was a pleasure share my experience with Accurate  Developers for our 1st home purchase. They are good builders in Hyderabad. I booked a flat in Accurate Wind chimes, The Sales people are good and we felt comfortable and sharing everything to them and they helped me based on my financial constraint. The project is  luxury Homes with Child Focused home. I’m just waiting for them to finish my Dream Home to own it.

I would say do not go for them, they are very lenient in their work they do not completely satisfy their customers and they do not fully do what a customer has asked them to. My friend wanted a different design and he mentioned to them too, but they did not listen to him and made the usually designed house. Not so good customer service.

Staff member as they do not listen to their customer is obviously not that good in satisfying them.

I would say do not go for this group.

Accurate Wind Chimes is a well located project as it is close to my office at financial district. I travelled from work to the site location and it only took me approx. 10 mins. What also impressed me is the pricing that fit into my budget. This was something that was a concern when I started looking out for an apartment in a gated community where a 2BHk apartment went beyond 65 Lakhs. Here I was able to get myself a spacious 2BHK at my budget. Besides I had a choice of sizes to choose from in the 2BHK which was difficult in other projects that I saw. A major advantage with this project is that it is a less crowded community with only about 580 apartments. One thing for sure residents won’t be fighting for water during summers and there will be no traffic jams at the exit while going to office. Over all with the facilities they are offering and the quality of finish I saw in their apartments was a lot better than some reputed builders I’ve seen in the past.

This is Are you aware that when you book a home and take a home loan, you pay upto Rs. 10 lakhs over a two year time period as Pre EMI interest. Accurate developers not only pays interest on your home loan till the date of possession but also gives you the comfort that your home will be delivered on time. Any delay in possession affects the developer financially, as he will have to continue to pay interest till he deliveres possession.

Accurate wind builders is very good I thought this buliders is also same with no return policy or not yet finished work properly on time.

But I am wrong because they were very fast to hand over a property so quickly I am very happy accuraye wind chiles. Is very reasonable price also thank you

Visited the project recently. I liked the functional day care. It is located near Gachibowli and has a swimming pool, Clubhouse with sports facilities. The prices are reasonable. I like the project and the location. When we visited the entire team was welcoming and guided in a good manner. I am impressed by seeing the pool and amenities. I give thumsup to this project and the location too.

I had the onerous task of finding an apartment for my close friend in US returning to India. His priority was children's schooling. Looked up about 7 projects. Liked this one as it is very convenient on location with good schools like Oaskridge, DPS, Future Kids, Rockwell close by. The flats are ready to go-in and costing is competitive. My friend has not seen it physically but booked a flat as he wanted ready to move in flats. Good project, good amenities, nice response from sales team.
