As a customer we should encourage to make every builders track record and behaviour to  public in public domain to make them aware about their track records and assess their commitments.

An illegal  wall erected on road is demolished after protests from the customers. At last they understood the concerns.

Rest of the items will be  tracked and updated here to public for the upcoming buyers to take right decisions.

Builder should fulfill commiments sincerely. Customers will give positive talk in every domain and every encounter.  We don't have enemity to the builder.
