To the general belief that builders are not so nice people, aakriti is a little different, like everywhere else give and take, and little patience goes a long way with these guys.

Yes there are many problems, due to poor coordination between project teams like plumbing, electrical etc., but finally they would take care of all our complaints.

They replaced broken tiles in my house(Seepage due to a cracked joint in bathroom fitting, and also some gaps between tiles were filled well. All u need to do is check properly before taking hand over and they will promptly fix them if you have any.

All you need to push for it real hard, otherwise it will be zero. Finally I got my dream home without any issues, thanks for supporting team.
