Experience with this builder is worst and ugly. I have invested in their Honey Dew project in 2011 and now we ar almost into 2018 I.e., 7 years and it may take 2 more years to complete with all venture and which means, one decade to complete a small venture. Quality of construction is pathetic. My flat is not even handed over to me but there are n number of wall cracks and water seepages. Not even compensated for delay, though it's mentioned in agreement. Tried for legal but people warned for further delay. Raised my concerns with builder& co for many times but no use. Raised to T-Credai(as being member) over email some time ago but no use. Most interesting thing is they have given a full page add in TOI about their new venture and appreciate their courage as if they are successful in their past ventures. New buyers should do their due diligence before investing in their new venture.i won't be surprised if that also takes another decade time to handover. Don't waste your hard earned money. If still wants to go, make sure the builder is complied with RERA norms. Pls note that the T-govt yet to set RERA infrastructure(incl judiciary).
