Management not ready to resolve land litigation

I bought a land in AVC township(Mangalpalley) 2013, last year we came to know that land is in litigation . AVC bought 90% of land from farmers( 3 brothers) and sold 100% to customers( unregistered area of 10% also sold to customers).My land comes under 10% of the unregistered land . we are waiting from last one year so that AVC owners will resolve the issue but there is no result at all. we 14 plot owners( comes under 10% of the unregistered land) now decided to go to court for 420 cheating case. without buying land from farmer he sold to customers.

Now owners are not responding to this.

Note: please check your link documents carefully before buying any plot and dont buy from these company.
