I sincerely request every reader to share this review to at least to 5 friends requesting each one of them to share to 5 more friends.  Instead of fighting with this cheating and cruel realtor, better to prevent any one from falling  prey to this brute.  That will teach the cheater the power of revolution in global communication and will prevent this cheater to cheat any more customers.  The realtor is thinking that victims will not contact one another and the news of his cheating will not reach to other victims.He don't have any business ethics nor he is sin fearing.  He just loves  customer's money

He don't have any feelings like siggu, saram, pourusham when deceiving the customer. He is just samskara heenuduAware and beware that he is a very talented in pretending to be so soft and sweet until you put money into his hands.  Jeevinchesthadu(natana lo).   Â
He is rock hard after you put your money into his hands..
He tried to swallow  my money without giving any plot.  If the customer don't have any knowledge of the market prices and trusts his sweet words, he will not hesitate to collect 3 or 4 times of the market price.  He will not hesitate to steal the money of 3 or 4 plots for 1 plot.  Remote buyers are his easy targets.  They send money and authorization trusting his words.  He will never register the plot and will try his best not to refudn the customer money back.

gave the authorization and gave the checks.  He said that he registered the plot and couriered the registered title deeds to my home address.  But we waited one month and never received.  Then he was not responding on phone.  After dragging for 8 months, he gave refund checks and were bounced for insufficient funds 3 times. He was threatening me that if I go to court, he can drag the suit for 10 years.  Â
He dragged like that for 20 months.  Then I requested my relative to collect.  He went to his office travelling for 250 kilometers.  He tried to dominate my relative by loudly yelling at him as he is not a local person.  Fortunately, one politician was passing by his office corridor.  He stopped and heard this story from my relative.  That politician was so irritated with Ramachandra Rao's words and then did one round of
padaraksha satkaram and in the next minute he gave a check with promise to honor definitely.  That check never bounced and it was honored by the bank and I got my refund finally.  From payment to Refund it took almost like 2 years.  During these 2 years, I did several calls and  never found truth in any piece of any single word.**.
All other realtors also should join together to expel such cheater from the business so that no customer will lose trust in the other realtors.He is thinking that he is smart to deceive and customers are no-brainers to trust.
